Join us for a guided food walk of Parnell led by professional tour company, White Glove Experiences. Learn about the history of market gardens in the area and explore one of Auckland’s best farmers markets with your local guides. Discover the heritage of growers, meet artisanal food producers and enjoy food tastings from some of the finest food outlets in Parnell. A wide range of foods will be on offer for tasting, including a mix of sweet and savoury dishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
This delicious food tour starts from the Jubilee Building on Parnell Road and ends in the Parnell Village. We suggest using public transport as the area is well served by regular train and bus services. The walking route is mostly flat, but participants need to be able to stand and walk for 3 hrs. Family groups are welcome, but children must be aged 12 years or older.
